Skewers of Marinated Red Mullet and Shrimp

  • 300 g fillet of red mullet
  • 8 large peeled shrimp (à 25 g)
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 1 lime
  • 5 sprigs coriander
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ground pepper

Directions

Prepare the marinade. Squeeze the lemon and lime and add the olive oil, coriander and pepper. Cut the red mullet fillets into pieces. Slice the zucchini into chunks and pepper into squares. Marinate it all for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator. Alternate on skewers: shrimps, fish, zucchini, peppers. Brush with marinade. Place on the barbecue for 7 minutes or under the broiler, turning them halfway through the cooking process. Serve immediately.
