Directions

Crack the eggs into a small bowl and use a fork to whisk them together with some salt and pepper. Olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Sauté the mushrooms with the olive oil and then pour the eggs into the pan and stir for 1–2 minutes, until they are creamy and cooked the way you like them.​
