Preheat the oven to 200°C (Thermostat 7). Wash the fruit, cut the strawberries into slices and raspberries in two. Arrange the fruit in ramekins. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake 10 minutes in the oven. Let cool. Place a scoop of ice cream into each ramekin and serve.
You can adapt this recipe by using other fruit, vanilla sugar, spices (cinnamon, ginger...) and aromatic herbs, such as mint or fresh basil.
