Preheat the oven to 240°C (Th 8). Roll out dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface and cut it into 3. Sprinkle the first part with paprika, the second with sesame seeds and the third with cumin seeds. Fold the dough in 2 and place in refrigerator for 15 minutes. Remove the three dough balls from the refrigerator and spread them on a rectangular floured surface. Cut strips about 1 cm wide. Place the puff pastry dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Immediately turn the oven down to 200°C (Th 6/7), put in the oven and bake for about 8 minutes. Remove from oven, allow to cool before serving.
