On the previous evening, place the chicken breasts, cut into strips and spiced, in a honey and olive oil marinade and leave in the fridge. Place in a preheated oven, covered with aluminium foil, and steam at a moderate heat until tender (approx. 30-40 minutes), then taking off the foil, brown slightly at a high temperature for 5 minutes. Care must be taken that the honey does not burn. An unusual flavour impact can be attained, and it is very easy to make!
