  • 400 g tinned pineapple
  • 100 g spring onions or
  • 100 g purple onions
  • 300 ml tartar sauce

Directions

Shell and dice the boiled eggs. Drain the pineapple, dice if in rings. Also chop up the onion. Carefully mix the ingredients with the tartar sauce and cool well.
