  • 4 ml (1 tsp) olive oil
  • 4 firm pears, cored and cut in 1 cm thick slices
  • 6 gr (2 tsp) ground cinnamon

Directions

Preheat the oven to 100°C (200°F). Line a baking tray with baking paper and lightly spread with a tsp of olive oil. Spread the pear slices on the baking trays with no overlap. Sprinkle with the cinnamon. Bake until the chips are dry, approximately 3 hours. Cool and store up to 4 days.
