  • 45 gr sugar-free muesli (no fruit)
  • 28 ml (2 tbsp) low-fat kefir
  • 1 small apple (or half regular size)

Directions

Place the sugar- free muesli in a bowl and add enough water to just cover the flakes. Then leave to stand overnight. Serve the next morning with 2 tbsp of kefir and a small grated apple.
