  • 50 gr macadamia nuts, crumbled
  • Dash black pepper, freshly ground
  • Fresh lemon juice from half lemon
  • 120 gr ricotta cheese
  • 3 g (2 tbsp) chopped, fresh basil

Directions

Add the ingredients, excluding the macadamia nuts and ricotta cheese, into a medium-sized bowl, mix gently till well-combined. Move the mixture to a serving plate, cover with the macadamia nuts, ricotta cheese and serve.
