Mix the lemon yogurt well with the eggs, oil, milk, and sugar. Gradually add the flour and lemon zest until a consistent and homogeneous mixture is achieved. Grease and flour a cake pan. Preheat oven to 200 ºC. Bake the cake for 20 -30 min until risen and an inserted knife comes out clean. Remove and garnish to taste.
This recipe would be restricted for diabetics because it contains regular white sugar.
