Green Beans

  • 180 ml of water
  • 450 g (1 lb) green beans
  • 3 fresh, minced garlic cloves
  • 12 ml (2 ½ tsp) olive oil
  • Dash of black pepper
  • fresh lemon juice from 1 lemon

Directions

In a big, non-stick pan, bring the water to boil. Add beans, book for 3 mn and then drain and set aside. Over a medium-high flame heat the skillet and add oil. Add the beans and garlic and sauté for 1 mn. Add lemon juice.
