  • 1 red capsicum
  • 1 onion
  • 50 g Edam cheese (45 % fat)

Directions

Roll out the flaky pastry, place in a pie dish, and prebake for a short time. Grate the courgettes, soften the onions in oil, then add the sliced pepper and crushed courgettes and steam a little. Beat the eggs, add the flour, the sour cream, the grated cheese, then mix in the cooled onions and courgettes and pour over the pastry. Bake in the oven until done.
