- 2 eggs
- 10 gr (1 tbsp) ground flaxseed
- 4 gr (few drops) vanilla
- 1 grated pear
- 4 gr (1 tbsp) olive oil
- 3 gr (1 tsp) of cinnamon
- Handful of coconut flakes

Directions
Grate the pear, then add all the other ingredients & mix thoroughly. If mixture is too thick add a dash of non-dairy milk. Then fry in a little olive oil 2mins on each side. Serve with cinnamon & coconut flakes.
