Ingredients (2 Servings)

  • 30 gr (1 scoop) vanilla protein
  • 2 eggs
  • 10 gr (1 tbsp) ground flaxseed
  • 4 gr (few drops) vanilla
  • 1 grated pear
  • 4 gr (1 tbsp) olive oil
  • 3 gr (1 tsp) of cinnamon
  • Handful of coconut flakes

Directions

Grate the pear, then add all the other ingredients & mix thoroughly. If mixture is too thick add a dash of non-dairy milk. Then fry in a little olive oil 2mins on each side. Serve with cinnamon & coconut flakes.
