Directions
Pre-heat oven to 180°C degrees/gas mark 4. Grease a muffin tray with olive oil. Beat the eggs in a bowl. Stir in the salmon and kale and mix well. Pour the mixture into the prepared muffin tray and bake for 10-15 minutes.
