- 450 gr (1 lb) fresh and lean turkey mince
 - 80 ml coconut milk
 - 15 gr parsley, chopped
 - 1 tsp oregano
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 25 gr white onion, diced
 - 10 gr (1 tsp) sweet paprika
 - 1 tsp fresh basil, chopped
 - 1 tsp coriander, dried
 - 1 tsp thyme
 - Salt to taste

Directions
Preheat oven to 200 C (400 F) and prepare a baking tray. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Form about 10 mini patties with your hands. Arrange them in the sheet. Bake for 30 to 40 mn until cooked through. Serve with a side of vegetables.
